They worked with the Glacios cryomicroscope at the National Cryo-Em Centre in Solaris National Synchrotron Radiation Centre. Multiple samples were screened (before measurements with the KRIOS microscope and preliminary reconstructions) and Adela will be coming back to perform more measurements in the near future.
