On Friday, December 10, a Reporting Session of PhD students of the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology of the University of Gdansk and Medical University of Gdansk was held in the conference rooms of the Marina Hotel in Sopot.
The event was combined with a Christmas dinner for all faculty members.
It was a special day for MRSLab as Piotr our PhD student presented what he has achieved so far in his doctoral project titled „Structural basis for functional cooperation between proteins involved in the processing of mitochondrial RNA primers”. Moreover, we also had the pleasure of participating in a talk by dr. Gregory Grabe, who presented as an invited guest! Dr. Grzegorz Grabe has been awarded the #POLONEZ Bis 2 grant by NCN. His project entitled Dynamics and evolution of specificity of TA complexes will be carried out at our lab MRSLab at the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology of the University of Gdansk and Medical University of Gdansk!
