We are hiring! We are looking for Laboratory Technician.

Job offer one (1) Research Technician position in the Structural Biology Group at the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology of the University of Gdansk and Medical University of Gdansk

The ideal candidate should:

  1. Hold a Master’s degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, molecular biology or related field
  2. Have strong expertise in molecular biology
  3. Have extensive experience in the production of recombinant proteins
  4. Have experience in DNA or RNA biology
  5. Have excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  6. Good presentation skills (ideally having presented his/her work on a national/international conference)
  7. Show a good level of independence, self-motivation and reliability
  8. Enjoy working in a highly collaborative and interdisciplinary environment

 Conditions of employment:

  1. Replacement employment contract
  2. The deadline for submitting documents: 1 January 2018
  3. Starting date: negotiable

 Candidate should submit the following documents:

  1. CV (in English)
  2. A cover letter (in English)
  3. A copy of the master’s degree diploma
  4. At least one letter of support or contact information of an academic supervisor
